BayScope— Privacy Policy

BayScope analyzes publicly available eBay listing data directly in your browser. No personal data is collected, stored, or transmitted to our servers.

All analysis results, settings, and cached data are stored exclusively in your browser using chrome.storage. This data never leaves your computer.

BayScope reads publicly visible listing information (titles, prices, item specifics, images) from eBay pages you visit. This data is processed locally and is not sent to any external server.

Pro purchases are processed through ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. Your email address and payment details are handled directly by Stripe. BayScope does not store any payment information.

BayScope does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any form of user monitoring. We do not know which eBay pages you visit.

BayScope does not read, set, or modify any cookies.

The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the contract execution begins, provided the consumer has given prior consent (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
