LinkSentry— Privacy Policy

LinkSentry does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All protection features run locally in your browser.

The extension downloads blocklists from public security feeds (phishing.army, openphish.com, urlhaus.abuse.ch). Your IP address is transmitted as part of standard HTTP requests.

For domain age checks, public RDAP servers (rdap.org) and crt.sh are queried. Only the domain name is transmitted.

Pro purchases are processed through ExtensionPay and Stripe. LinkSentry does not store any payment information.

Settings, statistics, and caches are stored exclusively in your browser (chrome.storage). This data never leaves your computer.

LinkSentry does not read cookies. The cookies permission is used exclusively to delete cookies from suspicious domains at the user's explicit request.

The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once the contract execution begins, provided the consumer has given prior consent (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
