ClipToss— Privacy Policy

ClipToss uses Supabase Auth to connect devices to a user account. The account is required so content is delivered to the correct signed-in devices instead of being exposed through public transfer codes.

Texts and links are synchronized through Supabase Realtime channels. Transfer data can briefly pass through backend infrastructure because ClipToss is a cross-device service, not a purely local browser tool.

Files are temporarily stored through Supabase Storage for transfer to the receiving device. ClipToss is designed for short transfers and not as a permanent cloud archive.

Clipboard content is not described as a permanent profile or archive and is not used for content analysis. Users should still avoid sending sensitive data unless the transfer is necessary.

ClipToss may use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication, realtime messaging and temporary storage. These providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses as part of service operation.
