Wedserene is a local wedding planner for iPhone and iPad, currently in development. Find help with connected planning, backups and Pro Lifetime here. The app is not yet available on the App Store.
Tasks, checklists and calendar
Use Plan to organize tasks and appointments. Link them to vendors, decisions or documents to keep related details together.
Guests, households, invitations and RSVPs
Group people into households and guest events, then record invitations and attendance responses. Free supports up to 30 guests and one guest event. Pro enables more guests and multiple guest events.
Meals, allergies and dietary notes
Record meal choices, dietary preferences and allergy notes with each guest. You supply this information. Confirm important requirements directly with guests and vendors.
Accommodation, transport and seating
Keep accommodation and transport details alongside your guests. Editing the seating plan requires Pro.
Budget, payments and due dates
Connect budget items to vendors, events, tasks and documents. Check payments, outstanding balances and due dates against your quotes and contracts.
Vendors and documents
Attach quotes, contracts and documents to the relevant vendors. Free supports up to three vendors. Pro allows more and adds vendor comparison.
Wedding day schedule
Organize the schedule in Wedding Day and connect it to tasks and vendors. Confirm timings and arrangements yourself before the wedding.
Creating and restoring backups
Create a local backup file with Backup and use Restore to bring it back. Pro adds password-protected backups. Keep the file and any password secure. There is no developer-operated cloud backup service.
CSV and PDF export
CSV export is included in Free; PDF export requires Pro. You start the export and choose where to save or share the file through Apple system tools. Review guest information before sharing.
Widgets and notifications
Add widgets using the system controls. They use a minimal local App Group snapshot. If local notifications are missing, check notification permission and Focus settings. The system controls widget refresh timing.
What do Free and Pro Lifetime include?
Free includes tasks, checklists, calendar, budget, quotes, contracts, payments, documents, CSV export, backup and restore, plus up to 30 guests, three vendors and one guest event. Pro adds more guests and vendors, multiple guest events, seating plan editing, vendor comparison, PDF export, password-protected backups and regional planning packs. It is a one-time StoreKit purchase with no subscription.
Restoring purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Wedserene with the Apple ID used for your Pro purchase. Apple handles purchases and restoration through StoreKit.
Privacy and deleting local data
Your plans stay local. Wedserene has no custom server or account and uses no tracking or analytics. Delete the app to remove its local data. Delete separately saved backups and exports at their storage locations yourself. See the privacy policy for details.
