First check whether notifications for IntakeCue are allowed in iOS Settings. Also check whether the entry is active and whether the schedule and time range match your plan. Focus modes and other iOS settings can affect how notifications are shown.
Open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, and then IntakeCue. There you can allow or turn off notifications and choose how they are shown.
For an entry you can record whether you completed, skipped, or postponed it. These statuses serve your personal record. IntakeCue gives no recommendation about them.
