Privacy Policy for IntakeCue

This policy is separated into three areas.

A) Processing by the IntakeCue app: sections 3 to 9 and 11.

B) Apple system services and device backups: section 10.

C) The tommsel.com website and hosting: section 12.

IntakeCue requires no user account and no login. The app works offline. Your entries and records are stored locally on your device. Cloud synchronization by IntakeCue is not described here.

In IntakeCue you create entries and records yourself, for example reminders for medicines, supplements, and personal routines with scheduled or flexible plans. These can include statuses (done, skipped, postponed), notes, symptoms you record yourself, stock details, your own colors and photos, and an emergency profile. The Today, Plan, and History views display this information.

Depending on the content, this information can include details about your health. You decide what you enter. IntakeCue processes this information locally on your device to provide reminders, overviews, and exports.

For reminders, IntakeCue can use local notifications on your device. iOS asks for your permission. You can change it at any time in iOS Settings. Whether and how notifications appear on the lock screen is also controlled in iOS Settings.

IntakeCue offers widgets. A widget shows selected information from the app on your screen. Depending on your device settings, this information can be visible to other people who can see your device. You decide whether to add widgets.

You can export records as a PDF or JSON file. An export contains the information you choose to export and can include sensitive details. The file leaves the app only through your action, for example when sharing, saving, or printing. The terms of the service you choose apply to the further path of the file.

IntakeCue uses no app analytics, advertising, or advertising tracking.

IntakeCue organizes personal reminders and records. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dosage recommendations, or treatment. For questions about medication, dosage, or health concerns, contact qualified medical professionals.

When IntakeCue runs on your device, Apple system services are involved, for example iOS for notifications, the App Store for download and updates, and device backups such as iCloud Backup or backups made through a computer. Depending on your device settings, app data can be included in such backups.

This processing is carried out by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy information. This policy does not describe it.

You can delete local app data through the app's functions or by removing the app from your device. Available iOS options can differ. Exported files and device backups remain independently and must be deleted by you.

When you visit tommsel.com, including hosting, server logs, and any website services, the general tommsel.com privacy policy applies. This processing is separate from processing by the IntakeCue app.

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can contact tshfm78@gmail.com and have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
