My reminders do not appear
First check whether notifications for Kindlume are allowed in iOS Settings. Also check the date and the settings of the reminder. Focus modes and other iOS settings can affect how notifications are shown.
How do I change the notification permission?
Open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, and then Kindlume. There you can allow or turn off notifications and choose how they are shown.
What are reminders and prompts?
You can plan birthdays, anniversaries, and personal events. Daily or weekly prompts remind you of small rituals. You decide whether to act on a prompt.
What does the timeline show?
The timeline brings people profiles, reminders, and meaningful moments together in one place. It serves your personal overview.
Does Kindlume rate my relationships?
No. Kindlume does not rate relationships and makes no automatic outcome promises.
Do I need an account and does Kindlume work offline?
No, Kindlume does not require an account and works offline. Personal relationship data is stored locally on your device.
What happens when I switch devices?
Kindlume stores data locally on your device. Whether it is carried over to a new device depends on whether you back up and restore your device through iOS. Cloud synchronization by Kindlume is not described here.
How do I delete my data?
Local data can be deleted through the app's functions and by removing the app from the device. Device backups must be deleted separately.
