How do I create a backup?
Use the backup function in Nuptava to create a local, encrypted backup. You can also export your data manually.
How do I restore a backup?
Select the desired backup through the restore function in Nuptava. Restoring happens locally on the device.
How do I restore my Nuptava Pro purchase?
Use the restore function in Nuptava to restore your lifetime purchase through StoreKit with your Apple ID.
Notifications are not working
Open iOS Settings for Nuptava and enable notifications. Also check whether a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode is active.
The widget does not update
Check whether the widget was correctly added to your Home Screen. iOS updates widgets according to its own system rules.
How do I change the language?
Nuptava follows the language set in iOS. Change the language for Nuptava in iOS Settings under Language & Region.
How do I change region or currency?
Region and currency display follow your device's iOS region settings.
How do I switch between light, dark, and system appearance?
Nuptava follows the iOS system setting for light and dark appearance by default. Check the Display & Brightness settings in iOS.
How do I export my data?
Use the export function in Nuptava to deliberately save or share your wedding data as a file.
I am having trouble with vendor documents
Check whether the document format is supported and whether enough storage is available on your device.
How do I delete my data?
Local data can be deleted through the app's functions and settings, as well as by removing the app from the device.
