This policy describes processing by the Nuptava app, a local wedding planner for tasks, guests, vendors, budget, and the wedding day. Processing when visiting tommsel.com is described in the general tommsel.com privacy policy.

Nuptava is locally oriented. The app uses no user account and no custom cloud sync service run by the developer. Your wedding data is processed on your device.

Nuptava stores on your device, among other things: wedding projects, tasks and checklists, guest data (people, households, RSVP status for multiple events), dietary and allergy notes, accommodation, transport, and seating data, vendor information including quotes, contracts, and documents, and budget and payment data (planned and contractually committed costs, payments, outstanding amounts, due dates). This data is not transmitted by Nuptava to its own servers.

Widgets access data stored locally in Nuptava through an on-device app group. Local notifications are scheduled directly on your device; Nuptava does not operate its own push service for this.

Nuptava can create local, encrypted backups that you manage yourself. You can also deliberately export your data manually. Apple's system-level device or iCloud backups are independent of this and are subject to Apple's own terms.

The optional Nuptava Pro purchase (a one-time lifetime purchase) is processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Nuptava does not operate its own payment system and does not receive payment data such as credit card numbers. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's own privacy information.

Nuptava uses no app analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Local wedding data stays stored on your device until you delete it yourself or remove the app. You manage local backups yourself and can delete them at any time. Available iOS options can differ.

Data processing when visiting tommsel.com, including hosting and server logs, is described in the general tommsel.com privacy policy and is not covered by this app-specific policy.

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can contact tshfm78@gmail.com and have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
