SweatKey— Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies specifically to the product SweatKey.

1. Data controller

The controller for the SweatKey app is Tom Silas Helmke, c/o Online Impressum #4746, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany. Contact: tshfm78@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These notices describe processing by the SweatKey app. Processing when visiting Tommsel.com, including consent for website services, is described in the general Tommsel.com privacy policy.

3. No registration

No user account or custom backend account is planned for the core function of SweatKey.

4. Local storage

Configuration, progress, rules, challenges, and wallet state can be stored locally on the device. Cloud synchronization is not described here.

5. Motion and Fitness

In version 1, SweatKey processes steps through Motion and Fitness to calculate progress and time credit. HealthKit is not part of version 1.

6. Screen Time and FamilyControls

For protected apps, SweatKey uses Apple FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity. SweatKey processes the selection tokens provided by Apple for this purpose. These notices do not describe processing by Apple system services.

7. Camera and local pose processing

Supported workouts can use the camera and Apple Vision for local body pose recognition. Camera and pose processing take place on device by SweatKey.

8. Optional workout recording and photos

Workout videos are not stored by default. An optional workout recording can be available in Pro and remains local until you choose to save it to Photos. Audio can only be used when you enable it for a recording.

9. StoreKit purchases

Pro unlocks exclusively through a verified active StoreKit entitlement. Without a valid entitlement, the app remains Free. When it expires or is revoked, Pro functions are locked and local data remains available. Purchase processing and payments take place through Apple.

10. No app analytics, advertising, or advertising tracking

SweatKey uses no app analytics, advertising, or advertising tracking.

11. Delete local data

Local app data can be deleted through the app functions and settings, as well as by removing the app from the device. Available iOS options can differ.

This privacy policy can be updated when SweatKey functions or data processing change.
