Connect YouTube

Crequence requests read-only YouTube access through Google to show channel and publishing information for planning. The app communicates directly with Google APIs when connecting and syncing. Crequence does not receive your Google password and cannot upload, edit or delete YouTube content.

Notifications

Crequence uses local iOS notifications. If you declined them, you can enable them later in iOS Settings.

Restore a backup

Backups are imported locally and contain only user-created planning data. They do not contain Google or YouTube-derived identifiers, synchronization metadata, titles or other YouTube-derived data, nor OAuth credentials. You may therefore need to connect YouTube again after restoring a backup.

Free and Crequence Pro

Free includes all Crequence features for up to two active channels. Pro enables all active channels with no limit; Today, Calendar, Tasks, Videos, and Workflows are not individual Pro locks. Purchases are handled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Crequence if an existing subscription is not recognized.

Delete local data

Local Crequence data can be deleted using the dedicated feature in the app. Disconnecting removes OAuth credentials, the account or session identifier, external YouTube identifiers, synchronization metadata, YouTube avatars and cache, publication data, and non-customized YouTube names. User-created planning data and customized names may remain.

Contact

Send questions or problem descriptions directly by email. Please do not share passwords or OAuth tokens.
