Last updated: September 9, 2026

Using Crequence

Crequence is a tool for locally organizing and planning creator workflows and YouTube channels. Users remain responsible for their content, plans and use of connected services.

YouTube

Crequence optionally uses YouTube API Services. If you use the YouTube connected features of Crequence, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab).

Google

Authentication and read-only access to authorized YouTube data take place through Google OAuth and direct Google API communication. Use of Google services is subject to the applicable Google terms and privacy policies. The Crequence Privacy Policy explains processing, storage and disconnecting in detail.

Free and Crequence Pro

Free includes all Crequence features for up to two active channels. Crequence Pro enables all your active channels with no limit. Features such as Today, Calendar, Tasks, Videos, and Workflows are not restricted as individual Pro-only features.

Optional monthly or annual Crequence Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices, terms, automatic renewal, cancellation, and billing are governed by the conditions shown in the App Store purchase dialog. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Apple subscription management.

Availability

There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of external services such as Google, YouTube or Apple. Crequence may adapt features when changes to these external services make this necessary.

Apple License Terms

The Apple Standard EULA (opens in a new tab) applies to the version of Crequence distributed through the Apple App Store unless another valid agreement applies.
