Import does not work

Check whether the file uses an audio or video format supported by Wavevra and whether enough storage is available on your device.

Export fails

Check available storage and battery level, then try the export again. If the problem persists, tell us the aspect ratio, quality level, and device model.

I cannot find a project again

Open the project overview in Wavevra. Projects are stored locally on your device; removing the app also deletes locally stored projects.

How do I save an export to Photos?

After exporting, choose Save to Photos. Wavevra requests the add-only photos permission for this, not full read access to your library.

First use the restore function in Wavevra. Also check that you are signed in with the Apple ID you purchased with.

How do I restore purchases?

Use the restore function in Wavevra to restore your subscription through StoreKit with your Apple ID.

How do I manage my subscription?

Audio, video, analysis data, and projects are processed locally on your device. Details are in the Wavevra privacy policy.
