CompanysControll is a web based platform for managing small and medium businesses. The central dashboard combines the most important business areas: customer management, project administration, invoicing and financial overview.
The platform was built for self employed professionals, freelancers and small teams who want to consolidate their business processes in one place without paying for multiple expensive individual solutions.
All important KPIs, open tasks and revenues are visible at a glance. Contacts and communication are managed centrally. Invoices can be created and sent with just a few clicks.
How It Works
After registration you set up your company profile and can get started immediately. The dashboard shows you an overview of all important metrics.
In the CRM section you manage contacts, customer history and communication. You can add notes, assign tasks and track the status of each customer relationship.
The project management allows you to plan milestones, track progress and delegate tasks to team members.
In the finance section you create professional invoices with one click and track incoming payments in real time.

Technologies
CompanysControll is built with Next.js and TypeScript. The backend uses Supabase for database, authentication and real time features. Payments are processed through Stripe.
The platform is designed as a responsive web app and works equally well on desktop, tablet and smartphone.
Privacy
All business data is stored GDPR compliant on European servers. Data transmission is continuously SSL encrypted. CompanysControll does not sell user data to third parties.
Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our own servers.
