About FeedbackAnchor
FeedbackAnchor is planned as a feedback-to-action platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Customer feedback should be collectable through simple links, QR codes and website widgets.
This page describes a project in development. As long as no publicly usable app is live, FeedbackAnchor remains without a live URL, app store link or launch button.
02
Planned Feedback Workflow
The plan is a simple entry through feedback link, QR code or widget. A form collects responses, which then become visible in an inbox.
Rules or later classification logic can prioritize feedback and turn it into improvement tasks. This interpretation should make work easier, but must not claim to automatically understand every response correctly.
03
Use Cases for Small Businesses
FeedbackAnchor is planned for cafes, practices, local service providers, small shops, agencies and SaaS teams that want to collect feedback with low friction and translate it into concrete tasks.
The project is not a review portal and does not replace personal customer communication. It should help structure feedback and recognize recurring topics faster.
04
Planned Technical Implementation
An MVP/repository context with quick start or mock mode is planned. Early tests can work with mock data or local demo logic.
A Neon database is planned later. As soon as real feedback data is stored, it must be described as a server-assisted SaaS with a clear data model, deletion concept and privacy notes.
05
Privacy, Data Model and Limits
Feedback can contain personal data. FeedbackAnchor therefore must not make broad privacy promises while backend, database, accounts and retention logic are not finally described.
The planned classification is a work aid. It is not a guarantee that feedback is automatically interpreted completely, correctly or in a legally reliable way.
Planned FeedbackAnchor Pipeline
Feedback should flow from simple entry points into an inbox and then into tasks.
