Gridomus

Client side energy and scenario calculators

Released: May 2026

Gridomus helps compare energy scenarios. The web app calculates costs, yields and assumptions client side and complements the calculators with knowledge pages. Results are for orientation and do not replace binding energy advice.

About Gridomus

Gridomus is a client side energy calculator for households, owners and technically interested users. It combines electricity cost calculators, PV and storage scenarios, EV charging scenarios, financial projections and knowledge pages.

The focus is on transparent comparisons rather than hidden black box results. Users can change assumptions and see how costs, yield or amortization change.

How the Calculations Work

You enter consumption, prices, system values or charging behavior. The calculator modules process these values in the browser and render results directly in the interface.

Scenarios can be compared without user values ending up in a central project database. Knowledge pages explain the most important parameters and limits of the model.

Use Cases

Gridomus is suitable for first estimates around electricity costs, PV sizes, storage usefulness, EV charging behavior and long term financial projections.

Users can compare variants before requesting quotes or starting concrete planning. Results are not binding advice and depend strongly on local prices, weather data, consumption profiles and assumptions.

Technical Implementation

The calculators run as a web app in the browser. Calculation logic, scenario state and result rendering are processed client side. No user accounts and no central database for inputs are required.

Static knowledge pages complement the calculators and make core terms discoverable. Where assumptions are simplified, that is deliberately described as a calculation limit.

Privacy and Calculation Limits

Inputs stay local in the browser unless deliberately external services are used. Gridomus does not create custom user profiles and does not store central project values.

The calculations are scenario models. They cannot replace quotes, grid operator requirements, local incentives or professional energy advice.

Compare an energy scenario

  1. Enter values

Consumption, tariff, PV, storage or EV parameters.

  2. Choose scenario

    Set variant or comparison assumption.

  3. Calculate

Costs, yield and projection run in the browser.

  4. Compare

    Review results side by side.

Gridomus Calculator Architecture

Inputs pass through client side calculator modules and are rendered as local results.
