App privacy
Privacy Options for Temiqo
This page shows briefly and practically which data Temiqo stores locally and how you can export or delete it. The full explanation is in the privacy policy.
Which data is local?
Runs and sessions, tracks with start/finish gates and sectors, results, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. Temiqo has no account and no backend of its own for measurement data and does not send GPS tracks, runs, or motion measurement data to a Tommsel server.
How do I export my data?
Use the Export All My Data function in Temiqo's privacy and data features (Privacy Center). The function is always Free. The file is created locally and only leaves the app through an export or share action you start yourself. Advanced single run exports as CSV, JSON, and GPX are part of Temiqo Pro.
How do I delete a run?
You can delete individual runs and other data in Temiqo. To do so, open the area for local data or the relevant run in the app.
How do I delete all data?
Use the Delete All Data function in Temiqo's local data or privacy settings. Export first if you want to keep a copy. Deleting all data is always Free. Removing the app also deletes its local data as far as iOS provides for it.
How do I delete backups?
Backup files and exports are where you saved them, for example in Files, iCloud Drive, or with another provider. Delete them there. You manage Apple device backups, such as iCloud Backup, in iOS Settings.
How do I turn off notifications?
Temiqo's measurement features do not need notifications. You can change any permission you gave iOS at any time under Settings, Notifications, Temiqo.
How do I change the location permission?
In iOS, open Settings, Privacy and Security, Location Services, Temiqo. You can change the access there. Without location access, GPS measurements are not possible.
How do I stop location use?
Temiqo uses location for measurements you start in the app. End the measurement in the app to stop location use for it. You can also revoke access in iOS Settings. Continuous background location is not part of the current feature scope.
How do I contact support?
Through Temiqo's support page. You find the contact address and further help there.
