Capture quickly
You should be able to capture thoughts quickly by text or voice. The inbox lets you capture first and organize later: an idea lands in the inbox first, and you decide at your own pace what becomes of it.
The basic principle of Priovue is Capture, Prioritize, Connect, Progress: capture, prioritize, connect and see progress.

Priorities in view
Focus and priority views are meant to show what matters right now, without overwhelming you with every stored entry at once.

Connect everything
Tasks, projects, goals and identities can be connected with each other. An identity is an overarching personal goal. The concept is not a rigid folder tree but a linked system: one item can serve several projects or goals without having to be duplicated.

Make progress visible
Projects and goals can show progress from 0 to 100 percent. Depending on context, progress can be set manually or calculated from connected items. A progress value is an orientation aid and not an objective assessment.

Different views, the same data
Lists, focus views and the visual graph show the same data from different perspectives. The graph is never the only way to reach information: relevant content is meant to be reachable in lists as well.

Fast on iPhone
Priovue is designed for short paths. The Action button, App Shortcuts, later widgets and local reminders are meant to make frequent actions possible without unnecessary navigation. Widgets are planned for a later version.

Personal look and feel
Project colors, node colors, light mode and dark mode help you recognize connections quickly. Information is never conveyed by color alone but also through text, symbols or shape. Priovue is planned in German and English.
Privacy
Privacy and security
No Priovue account, no custom backend, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics and no external AI. Personal content is processed locally on your iPhone by default and lives in the protected area of the iOS app sandbox. Speech is converted to text on the device only. Exports and backups only happen when you trigger them deliberately.
Optional iCloud sync is planned for your own Apple devices. It runs through Apple's service, not through a Tommsel server, and is not implemented yet. Priovue does not claim any special encryption beyond the protection mechanisms of iOS.
