Pourniva Accessibility
Pourniva is a native app for iPhone and iPad in development. This page honestly describes the current state: what is considered and what is still being checked. Pourniva does not claim complete accessibility.
Adaptive interface
Pourniva is built adaptively for iPhone and iPad. The iPad gets adaptive layouts of its own instead of mere scaling.
Dynamic Type
The interface is developed with Dynamic Type in mind. A complete audit with extreme text sizes is still open.
VoiceOver
Important controls have accessibility labels. A complete VoiceOver walkthrough of all functions is still open, so full VoiceOver support is not claimed.
Reduce Motion
The technique visualizations in the Mixing Mode respect Reduce Motion and offer static, understandable states.
Not only color
Important states are meant to be conveyed through text, symbols or shape in addition to color.
Large touch targets
Central controls in the Mixing Mode are designed for large, simple operation.
Light and dark
The light and dark appearance is not to be regarded as completely checked. Dark mode is still part of a later QA pass.
Large text sizes and contrast
Large text sizes and sufficient contrast still need to be checked completely.
Known limitations
Confirmed limitations will be added here after the device checks. A feature only counts as supported once it has been confirmed on a real device.
This website and legal obligations
The Pourniva pages on tommsel.com are designed with WCAG 2.2 AA as a technical quality target. This is not a declaration of conformance, and automated checks do not replace a complete manual review. Whether and to what extent the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) applies to Pourniva or this website has not been finally reviewed. This page is meant as transparent product information, regardless of a later legal classification.
Accessibility feedback
If you notice a barrier in Pourniva, report it through the support page. If possible, name the device, iOS version and the affected screen or function. You can name the assistive technology you use voluntarily. Do not send sensitive information.
