Privacy Options for Pourniva

This page shows briefly and practically how you manage your data in Pourniva. The full explanation is in the privacy policy. Pourniva is in development, and the details will be checked against the final app before release.

Is there an account or a central database?

No. Pourniva has no Pourniva account and no central personal Pourniva database. Your data is stored locally on your device, and Tommsel does not receive it automatically.

How do I manage local data?

In the app itself. You see and change your home bar, favorites, recipes, bottles, collections and history there. Because Tommsel does not receive this data, there is no central place where you could manage it.

How do I remove favorites?

Remove the drink from your favorites in the app.

How do I delete personal recipes?

You can delete personal recipe versions and your own drinks in the app. The curated original recipe is not affected.

How do I delete my own bottles?

You can remove your own bottles and product entries in your bar. Your own ABV values belong to these entries.

How do I delete personal photos?

You can remove the photo of a recipe in the app. Pourniva does not change the original photo in Apple Photos, and you must delete it there separately.

How do I manage collections and history?

You manage collections and history in the app.

What should I note about exported files?

You must delete exported files, for example .drinkrecipe files, separately where you saved them. They are outside Pourniva.

What happens to shared files?

After sharing, share cards and .drinkrecipe files are outside Pourniva's control. Whoever receives them processes them under their own terms. Private notes are not included automatically.

What happens if I remove the app?

Removing the app deletes its app container according to iOS behavior. Exported files and operating system backups are separate.

Is there a function to delete all data at once?

Such a central function is not claimed here. Which delete functions the final version offers will be described at release. Until then you delete content individually or remove the app.

How do support emails relate to this?

Support emails are separate communication and not part of the local app data. You send questions to tshfm78@gmail.com. Please do not send private photos or complete recipe collections.
