Find drinks quickly
Search and filters help you find drinks by ingredients, taste and practical criteria. The local catalog currently holds 50 drinks, 10 of them alcohol-free, and 83 structured ingredients. The scope can still change before release.
The catalog is stored locally in the app. The core functions are designed for offline use.

What can I make with my bar?
Pourniva distinguishes transparently between drinks you can make right away, drinks with one missing ingredient, drinks with two missing ingredients, and drinks that are possible with an explicitly defined substitute.
For this the app uses controlled ingredient hierarchies and explicit substitute ingredients, not fuzzy name matching. Smart bar suggestions and a shopping list help you extend your bar sensibly.

Mix step by step
The guided Mixing Mode shows you ingredients and amounts, portions, technique and timers. Amounts can be shown in ml, cl and oz, and glasses and tools are included. Technique visualizations explain the individual steps, and the controls are large and simple.
The technique visualizations respect Reduce Motion. Timers run locally.

Your own version
A curated original stays unchanged. You can save a personal version instead and adjust, for example, amounts, ingredients, your own bottles, garnish, tips, a personal rating and a photo in it.
The original recipe is not changed by this.

Your own drinks
You create completely new drinks locally and use them in the same mixing flow as curated recipes. This includes your own tips and your own tips for each mixing step.

Your bar
You record locally which ingredients you have and, optionally, specific bottles and spirits. Your own ABV values for your own products are user input. Pourniva does not present them as verified.

Save and organize
With Favorites, Try later and Already made you keep track of drinks. Collections sort them the way you like, and the history shows what you have mixed. Personal ratings and notes stay with your drink.

Alcohol and energy: estimates only
Where there is enough data, Pourniva estimates locally the amount of pure alcohol in ml and grams and the energy from the alcohol. This is not the total energy of the drink.
These are estimates based on the available ingredient information and your input. Not all ingredients can be taken into account completely. Pourniva does not state an exact ABV of the finished cocktail, exact total calories, a sugar value, a health assessment or a drinking recommendation.
Privacy
Privacy first
Personal data stays local on your device. No Pourniva account, no backend of its own, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no external AI. Pourniva does not automatically transmit your bar, recipes, photos or history to Tommsel.
Visiting this website is separate from that. The general tommsel.com privacy policy applies to it.
